Is your car made in Japan?
What does your VIN number start with? JTxxxxx means Japan. 2T means Canada made.

I have a 15 RX F Sport and don't have any squeaks, rattles, shakes of shimmies. Just closing in on 5000 miles and have had it almost a year. Only issues we have had was a slight timing cover oil leak and faulty rear hatch latch at delivery. Other than the 2 issues we are more than happy. We have had a Nissan Murano, pathfinder platinum, Chevy traverse and they all had far more issues. We are perfectly happy with the RX.

Every manufacturer will occasionally build a car that has issues. There are lots of surveys that praise Lexus for their initial build quality, but they don't matter if you have a bad one. I truly feel badly that yours is apparently one that has issues, and I wish there was something I could say that would help. Instead, I'll suggest that you continue to work through the issues, and be patient. Our '13 has 36K miles, and has never rattled (once I took out the cargo cover), and I'm REALLY picky. I routinely tell people that my favorite attribute of our RX is that it feels so solid.
I've put a lot of miles on TONS of cars over the years, including Audi, MB, VWs, Toyotas, Cadillacs, and a myriad of other American cars. Lexus is far and away my favorite.
Best of luck!
