How much would you offer for this 2013 RX350?

2013 RX350
- Premium package

46k miles

They are asking for $31k, but KBB says it's about $27-28k.

How much would you offer for this?

Is that about the going rate for a 46k mile RX?

Offer them $27-$28k.

Our Dealer ask $32,990.00. For This same car on the east cost. And they would only take $1k off
