What is that unplug available under 2010 RX350 passenger button right side corner?
Could anyone here let me know about this plug? What is it used for? It is under the passenger side corner at the corner of the 2010 RX350 door? Please see these picture?

Footwell lights? Door sill lights?
How many pins are in the connector? Are they in one or two rows?
What color cables come into it?
How is your Rx350 equipped? Awd, airsuspension, afs, navi, hud etc?
Anyway it is some prewired plug for some equipment you don't have.
Complete Electric wiring diagram has a list of these connectors and schematic drawing of the positions in the vehicle. I found only partial Ewds for Rx350 which is missing these parts.
Just a guess but if your Rx350 is Japanese-made, it could share interior wirings with Rx450.
To my knowledge Lhd/Rhd vehicle do not share the dashboard/front interior wirings but if they would, this could be connector for parking brake switch... But no because it would be other side near the center console because it's left foot operated.

I would recommend you to get a wiring diagrams service manual. Then you'll be able to decipher these things.
It does look like a plug for a feature that does not exist on your version of the RX.
However, I can venture a guess at the plug that has been capped off in the middle of the picture.
There's a towing lights controller plug right in that area, and that's got to be it. Towing prep package includes the controller that plugs into it. I reused it to get a generic controller to work in mine.

Kasibona - Just a suggestion. If you are using a smart phone for pictures, try touching the item you want to be in focus with your finger on the viewing screen. You should get a box around where you touched the screen and that is where the camera (phone) will focus. Hope this helps. Not meant to be snarky. BTW, I agree that the plug is for something that doesn't come with your car, but may come with others.

That is the connector to allow programming of the ECU for the Remote Starter. I installed the remote starter myself and during ECU programming this connector has to be connected together.
