Probably. How often do you drive it and how far each time? My father's ES350 has this same issue off and on. He went through 3 batteries in 4 years. Finally got a battery maintainer to keep it topped up.

I would take the offending battery to a auto parts store like Autozone and have them load test your battery to determine if the problem is because of a bad cell(s) in your battery that prevents it from holding a charge.
I would also charge or use a battery maintainer for now on for your new battery or present battery to keep it properly charged every month.
I personally charge my car batteries at the beginning of every month with a Sears battery charger, and it helps my batteries last longer.
Just my advice.

AAA roadside assistance will do a free power check on your battery/charging system to see where the fault lies. You don't say how old your battery is, but if it's four years old, you probably have a dead cell which will give intermittent performance. In other words, the battery will work for a week or so, then come up dead for no apparent reason, then when you take it in, it behaves itself and passes a test. You can check each cell yourself with a hydrometer (cheap) if it's the wet-cell type. Good luck. I think you need a new battery, but that's just my opinion. Please let us know what transpires.

A cheap backup could be a jump starter battery you keep in your trunk. I have a JumpNCarry for about $60 in each car, top off the charge quarterly. Seoul to quickly jump you car or a friend's car.
