Default Body damage quote

I got hit in a parking lot and I needed a dent removed from the drivers fender and had scratches on that fender and the edge of the door. It is a silver rx and was told that they would have to paint the fender and blend the paint into the door. Both sections will be clear coated. The price I thought was good at 550.00. does this sound like an average for this job?

Thanks Bill

Seems very reasonable especially if they do a good job.

Yes like a good price, as long as they are reputable.

To tell you the truth, it sounds low to me. I would check with former customers to see if they were satisfied. Yelp, maybe?

Did that and they are rated # 3 in the state. I offered cash so that might have helped and with a 1000 dollar deductible it was a a good price. I got another and it was just 100 higher. I have a very good eye for finish flaws and the dough will not go into his hands until I inspect it. Being a retired builder I usually will offer cash, just a habit I guess.

Sounds reasonable for OKC.

My RX was hit last night. I'll get a quote this afternoon. I'm expecting around $1500 for a new rear bumper cover, paint, and some parking sensors.

Car is finished and it was done right. Just a tad of "orange peel" in the right light condition. Very happy with the job.

Sorry to hear that. $1,500 sounds about right.

Thanks. Estimate is $1630, including a new OEM bumper cover, two parking sensors, the step pad, and paint.
