Is radar cruise control standard on RX 350 F sport
Does dynamic radar cruise control come standard on 2013-2015 RX350 F Sports. What options are standard on the F Sport.

No it doesn't come standard on any trim level or model.
The complete list of what's standard and optional for a given model year can be found on the news releases for each model year at the following site: http://pressroom.lexus.com/lexus/rx/rx-350/releases/ . Look for "2014 Lexus RX 350 Product Information" etc. specific to the model and year you're interested in.
