Temperature dial calibration
Hi,
I have a 2013 RX450h and my wife has a 2010 RX350. I looked at settings I can change using Carista and one is Temperature Dial Calibration. It is currently at Normal but can be adjusted -1 or -2 degrees C or +1 or +2degrees C.
We always feel that when it is set for 72 degrees F that it blows cold air even when it is 60 degrees outside. Logically, would changing it to -2 degrees C make the car think that a setting of 72 is really about 68? If so, do I need to add +2 degrees C in order to trick the car into heating sooner?
Thanks!
