Ipod Classic Problem
For the first time, I'm getting an "error 6" when I punch the aux button on my '12. The Ipod itself seems to working correctly and I double checked all the connections with no success.
Any thoughts? Thanks.

I took the Ipod in the house last night to sync it up. (No reason; I hadn't added or deleted any material but no harm in trying.)
Plugged it back in the Lexus and it worked--even without swapping out the cables.

Just a thought. Use a thumb drive instead. Smaller profile. No cables or anything that a thief would care about stealing. And they can be had for around $20-30.
I used to use both of my iPod's on both of my cars. But would unplug and take with me for fear of theft. Then I started using thumb drives'. Just easier. And I don't think a thief would risk breaking into a car for a $20 thumb drive over a $200 iPod.
