Default "New" 2010, couple of questions

Recently purchased a 2010 RX350 CPO. Love the car. Couple of questions on operation for you guys in the know.

1) On the rear hatch, pushing on the pad unlocks it but it has to be opened manually. If I push the button inside the car or on the fob, it opens powered. But pushing the pad in the back, just unlocks. Is this normal?

2) When exiting the car, after shut down and removing seatbelt, when I open the door, I get a chime. Like its telling me the light are on or something. But nothing is on, just the door is open. Is this normal?

3) I can't figure out how to disable the seat belt alarm. I have tried the listed procedure several times but can never get it disabled. Does this procedure work on a 2010?

4) Is there a way to hands free, call a speed dial number? I don't see the command in the manual.

Thanks in advance.

On the rear hatch, press the button twice. The first one should unlock the hatch, the second one will open it... at least on my vehicle..

1) See LPS (Lexus Personalized Settings) in the FAQ. This is a dealer-set option. Carista app will do the same for you.
2) Not normal, unless you first opened the door, then turned the vehicle off. You should be seeing an information message on the instrument cluster, indicating what it is complaining about. Could be your moonroof being open.
3) See #1. Some dealers will set it for you, no questions asked, others will be reluctant. No troubles with mine.
4) 2013+ have the voice feature, where you can say Call "name in the phonebook". Not sure about 2010s.

if you have this option with your 2010 RX350, you need to enable rear hatch open assistance, single press powered automatically open for you... pictured below.....good luck.

On the rear hatch, only some 2010's have the auto-open/asisted function, took my 2010 to 3 dealers and they could not program it to open in power mode.
Was told only some 2010's have that function. Sorry.
