I am wondering if anybody else is having issues with their drivers seat, mine is hurting my leg so bad I am starting to think I may not be able to keep the car. I have had it in service with the dealership, they have done everything they can (even replaced the foam on the seat). The left side bolster is cutting into my thigh, I am not small, but I am not huge and my other RX (2001) was super comfy and I had no issues. Right now I am using a cheapo cushion on top of the seat to make it bearable. My lease is up in 2016, I wanted to purchase the car, but now I am not sure. Any advice or information about your seat comfort would be helpful. I hate the thought of turning in my car, but I may have to look for something else.

I have some comfort issues with the seats in my STi, but certainly not the RX. They're the most comfortable seats of any vehicle we owned.
Sorry you're having this problem. I know how frustrating it can be.

smileytex, I'm sorry to hear you're having issues. I have issues sometimes where I can't let anything touch the back of upper right leg at times. The seat is sloped so far down I could slide off, LOL!. Lumbar support is at minimum too. That's definitely helped in my situation. Unfortunately a cushion might be the only thing that works for you. And just maybe the seat will soften over time. Good luck.
