No, there are no separate controls for the rear seat vents.

The temp to the rear console mounted vent is regulated by the Driver's Side setting.
Flow can be adjusted including fully off by rolling the valve up/down just as with the
dash mounted vents. Turning the rear vent off increases the flow through the ventilated
front seats.
