Default how to remove backdoor/liftgate panel just under center brake light?

First timer here.

Would the plastic panel under below the center brake light pop out with trip removal tool without touching any vertical panels?

Seems like that panel is tightly attached to the back door frame.

I need to run a wire underneath to install a rear dash cam.

Thanks~

You have to remove the L&R side panels but before you do that you have to remove the liftgate panel to access the screws. I had to tap into that center brake light to install my Meteo taillights. I will try and scan the instructions when I get home.

And just a word of caution...when you reinstall, make sure the clips are attached to the trim piece and not the metal. They will have a tendency to fall into the lift gate if the other way around.

Here you go. It's not the best pictures but I hope it helps. And mohrd is correct, you have to make sure that the L&R trim clips are attached to trim itself before re-installing.

Figured out that you can remove the horizontal plastic trim (top part of tailgate window) by just forcing it out.
There are about 7 clips that are placed.

Do you have a picture of how to remove the back door?
