50K Service Report
Called Lexus to book the 50K mile service. They were busy so I left a message. They never called back. I called Toyota. They answered right away, listened to my situation, asked if I had any other concerns, made a same-day appointment. I then took the '11 RX350 to America's Tire where I purchased tires about 6 months ago, for a FREE tire rotation, balance and tire dressing. Went to Toyota, got a discount because they didn't have to rotate the tires, got the oil/filter changed with synthetic, and a 25 point overall check, including brake pad measurement, for $63. All this and courtesy too. Roseville Toyota, CA is tops. No upsell. Free coffee & popcorn.

^^^This is the reason some businesses lose money. First thing I learned about giving excellent customer service is at all cost answer the phone and do not let the voicemail pick it up. That Lexus dealership just lost about $100+ for its incompetence.
This is also the main reason I changed my primary care doctor because they never pick up the dang phone.
To OP i am glad Toyota treated you well. I think they have earned a life long customer and will serve your Lexus very well for future services.
