The one thing on the RXh I felt I'd like to alter if I got the opportunity has been the rear lights. I'm not a fan of the clear/chrome look. I think it's dated and certainly in the UK screams out 'import'. When I saw this thread I decided to try some of the 'red' lights for myself.
Ordered direct from Speedline on 6th May '15 for shipment to the UK.
Cost was $355.70
This converted (through paypal) to £241.79
The lights arrived with me on 18th May '15.
They would have been here on 15th May, but they were held awaiting payment of Import VAT and 'Clearance Fee'. This was £49.31, so brought the total price upto £291.10
The box was sturdy and well packed so lights were not damaged.
Instructions were included which were quite good. Some clear photos and some not so clear photos, but enough info for you to work it out.
A friend did the install with my help as two pairs of hands are required often.
Biggest part of the job is taking the trim off. We had plastic trim tools so we didn't mark any part of the car. The job took about 2.5 hours. It could have been done a bit quicker, but we were very very careful.
The lights are a very good fit. The tighten up into place well. Overall finish is not upt to Lexus standard, but to be fair they are not Lexus prices. If you look close you can spot the odd imprefection. Eg. Where the red paint inside the glass is not exact so their is a 'clear' hair line. I'm probably being pedantic as I spotted it, but there is one on the right (drivers side in UK) light. Once installed and inplace you would need it pointing out though as it is not at all obvious.

I'm really pleased with the lights. For me they are a huge visual improvement. They make the car look like it should do. The chrome/ clear lights are ok but make the car look dated. This brings it right upto date.
The pics don't do the lights justice when they are lit up. They look amazing. The LED bars look great - then when you brake the individual LED banks light up inbetween the LED bars. Very impressive. Reverse LEDS and indicators look much better too - and are significantly brighter than standard.

I don't like the OEM lights. Too much clear/chrome which (certainly in the UK) is very Japanese/Import. I specifically wanted to get away from that so wanted a very red light to give a completely different look which the Meteo does.
It's a shame I couldn't get better pictures once they were fitted as the ones I took in poor light in the factory ^^ really don't do them justice when lit up. They make a real feature of the back end of the car.
That said - Nothing at all wrong with the JDM ones. It's a nice look if you prefer a take on the OEM/standard set up. It's a personal thing.

New one is lazily designed as it 100% copy the tails on LS600h
Meteo is still good IMO
