OEWheels - Anyone have one?
I just scraped a curb with our 2015 450h w/Sport Appearance Package before it even hit 1k miles and put two nice rashes in the right front wheel.
It made me sick, especially since it is mainly my wifes car. So I got online looking for F Sport wheels, and came across a seller that has replacement replica wheels. Besides the different center cap, it appears to be indentical to the factory wheels. At $147 shipped from their ebay page, it is definitely a bargain. My main concern is paint match. Does anyone have experience with these? Here is a link to their website.....

Sorry to hear about your curb rash! Perhaps you could order one of the knock off wheels (if you're OK with a knock off replacement). If the color doesn't match, send it back. If it were me, I'd pay the $500 for the replacement OEM wheel and call it a day. My wife hit a chunk of metal on the freeway this past year on her 2011 BMW 335I,Bent the rim. I didn't even think twice about replacing it with an OEM wheel! $465.00! But for me, I feel better knowing that the wheel is OEM and not a knock off!

Yea, the curb rash on this is not really bad enough to warrant a new OEM wheel. It is only on the very edge in two spots about 2" and 4" long. In fact the average person would never know it was there. But unfortunately I am **** with all my vehicles and it drives me crazy when I damage them myself. My wife just laughed it off, like no big deal. Anyway, I was hoping to find a nice clean used one, but seems to be tough to find an undamaged one.

You can exchange your damaged wheel for a discount on a repaired like new oem wheel at www.wheelcollission.com I have used them a couple of times. Also eBay may have some oem wheels.

Can you post a photo of your wheel? If the scratches are mostly paint scrape, many times the dealer can paint the damaged portion that wouldn't ever show to the casual glance. Curb rash is common.
