Fair Price? What would you offer?
2014 RX350 certified nebula grey/parchment w/ 11k miles. Former loaner. Has navigation, premium package w/BSM, preferred accessory, towing prep and comfort package. Latest price from dealer $39,900 +TTL. Is this reasonably priced? What would you offer?
Or is it better to go for a 2015 similar build since some others are getting screaming deals and price difference may only be roughly $5k after some negotiation?
Thanks for the input in advance!

If it were me, I'd probably wait to see what the 2016 RX will look like. It is a redesign and I believe it is due in March.
If you are committed to purchasing now, there is very little difference between the 2014 and 2015 models. I'd likely make my decision based on the vehicle and perceived value. Drive them both and judge which seems the best for you.

I would probably wait til either the 2016's or buy a new 2015. Like the others have said, loaners are driven by who knows how many people. Also, from what I have read on here, you can get nearly 6k off MSRP.
