I am guessing Calgary and your garage is seriously clean!

I'm very happy with my dealer, Lexus of Clesr Lake, in the Houston area. We've been using the same salesman since 2001 and he has become a good friend. Likewise for the service associate. Every one there, right down to the young men who wash the cars, is very polite and friendly.
I recently spent some time at a couple of Ford dealers while helping a friend buy a new Edge. Now that was an experience. Just a world of difference between Lexus and the rest.

My dealership has been great. The service writer makes sure everything is done well, troubleshoots and is honest. Highly recommend Lexus of Rt 10 (formerly Warnock).

Overall we have been very happy with our Lexus dealer. I always feel my business is appreciated. We had bought (4) previous cars from the local GM dealer and service is okay it's just everything is on your own. With Lexus it is nice to receive a loaner, car washes and special event benefits. If my salesman sees me, he checks in to see if we are happy with the car and service. This is almost a year after purchasing the car. Always calls for follow up after any appointment I have had.

I informed him I already had a "small one" and that cracked the sales people up. Anyway, no word from him about the NX. I contacted the internet agent at the dealership, and no word from him either. On the other hand, a friend a friend bought a '12 RX 350 CPO from Lexus of Sacramento, and is VERY happy with everything so far. Maybe I'll look at an NX there instead, although it's twice the distance.
Both dealerships are owned by the same people. They own the one in Modesto as well. I bought my IS250 from Roseville and my RX 350 from Sacramento. Had good experiences from both.

A+ Erin Park Lexus.

From the GM to the service reps, they treat you like royalty. What makes them shine is they have several customer appreciation events, catered, at banquet halls, etc and best of all they have the exclusive N.A. "F-Sport Sunday" drives. We had a blast last month and looking forward to the next one.

I have never had a bad experience with my Lexus dealer on buying, However service is something else. It is so bad I take it to a Toyota dealer to be service.

The dealership that I bought mine from wasn't too pushy, but were very available if I had any questions. Just what I like!

Default WA Lexus Dealership

And what dealer in Washington is that? I bought from Lexus of Bellevue and their finance people were dishonest.

I like Larry Miller in Spokane for service but know nothing about their sales people & process.
