Default Bluetooth problem

Hello. Just resantly start to get a problem on my 2014 RX350 hands free bluetooth phone. While i'm on the phone and receiving second call (call waiting) sound from car speakers disappeared and goes to my handset. Checked with HTC technical support and Lexus tech. could not solve this problem. Any ideas? Also while you guys on the phone and not moving, on navigation screen what do you see "handset" or "hands free" button? Because I have "handset" and I think it is spouse to be "hands free". Thanks for any advice.

Have you tried doing a hard reset on the phone and see if that fixes it? When you come to a stop, you will see a "handset" button appear. This is simply to transfer the call to your phone.

Thanks Offroad. I did hard reset on my phone, everything was fine for a week, then the problem came back again.
