I have a constant rattle / creek noise coming from the driver side front window / door

Took the car to dealer yesterday for the smart stop campaign and told them about the rattle, after test drive, technician confirmed the noise but later in the day I got the call from the SA and he told me the head technician decided to not fix the rattle because they think it is not that bad and consider it not a problem!?

The only thing they will do is apply some lubricate around the door seal which I know for sure won't fix the problem

Anyway, I know I can eliminate the rattle if I put my elbow against the window glass and apply some pressure at the lower left hand corner of the window

I don't think my problem is related to the door trim fix or the rubber stopper fix I found on this thread

Anyone here has idea about how to fix this rattle or should I stick it to the dealer and demand they fix it??

My RX was bought on end of October 2010 so I have about 2 1/2 month warranty left
