Someone else will have to answer that in reference to newer models. It did when I ordered mine back in the day. There is/was no choice for you to pick what you want. The only thing you do is enter or confirm your mailing details. You get what they send you. As it sounds like you did not get a navigation manual set when you called I might suggest you call back to Lexus Customer Service to see if they would send you a complete set of the navigation manuals to see what happens. Let us know how it goes.

Mark, I have been trying to get a digital copy on my iphone and ipad. I can find a copy on lexus drivers.com but I can't figure out how to download it. I would like to have a saved copy instead of going through all the steps to get to it.

Ours came with the same binder shown here previously, however, there are velcro-like points on the back. We stand ours up in the cargo area & secure to the side panels.Bottom on the floor, backs against the side panel. We also have a first-aid kit issued with the car that secures the same way. We mount it on the opposite side.

After the purchase, we find we do not really reference the manual too much, so it's not really inconvenient to mount them here.

I can imagine that this would not be much more expensive for Lexus and much more comfortable for the user and easily updated by Lexus if needed. No response received. I store my bundle of manuals in the cargo compartment.
Amen. I hope they listen.

putting these books/booklets in the rear cargo beside the spare tire is a waste of that space.
i use that to hide wallet, phone and anything valuable when i have to do something outdoors like swim, surf, kayak etc

Still plenty of room for those items along with the manuals.

Honestly, ive only opened it once to check how to engage SPORT mode.

Therefore, it is now collecting dust in my wardrobe. I pretty much messed with the buttons and figured everything out like that

Mine are in the basement. Lexusdrivers has PDF version if anything is needed. Otherwise, it would just take up space in the car.
