There has been some mention on this forum of getting upwards of 11.5% as well but i have not seen these types of deals in my local area (Norfolk VA). If he got the additional 2500 off from 46325 that would work out to 43825 or 13.1% off MSRP.
Yes, you are right, my percentage figure is way off. The MSRP for my 15 RX 350 was $50,393. I purchased the car for $44,000 - the 44K figure does not include tax or license fees. If I am doing the math correctly this time, it seems like the sale price is just under 13% off of MSRP.
Again, if anyone needs verification, shoot me a private message here and I can fax/email my contract if it will help in securing you a better deal.

Default 2015 RX AWD comfort premium nav

I just bought a 2015 RX 350 AWD w/ comfort, nav, and premium packages. MSRP $51,297 I got it for $46,750 w/ remote start thrown in. A wise one told me to only purchase a car on the very last day of the month. I was going to wait for the 2016 but this will more than suffice as I would have to order and pay MSRP on the 2016. Loving the car. I plan on putting on a clear bra after I order it on ebay. That is going to be a PITA.

Default Shipping charges from out of state

Based in Pittsburgh, I am looking to buy a 2015 RX350 awd. In general, there's only a limited number of dealers in Pittsburgh and they aren't very aggressive on pricing. When I have it shipped from a dealer out of state, how much should I expect to pay for shipping? If any of you guys have a similar (positive) experience, could you share dealer name? Thanks!!

Purchased an RX450h 2 days ago.

MSRP $56,174
Dealer Discount ($5 ,000) first discount offered was $3,000.
Dealer fee $689

While this was just an OK deal what made it better was price offered for trade ins. Trade value received exceeded all other trade in offers or outright purchase offers by $5,000.

I traded in a 2014 Ford F-150 AND a Lexus CT200h for $58,000 so there was no sales tax on the RX purchase.

Default Happy I Read This Thread 1st!

Thanks to this thread, I saved a lot of $$$$. Previously I felt happy purchasing at $100 over invoice. But after reading this post several times I was able to purchase a $51,389 MSRP for a $45,275 + fees which comes out to a savings of close to 12%. It is so true about buying at end of month because this price was good only until end of month which is 4 days away. That is when I will actually purchase it. Not sure if I could have gotten this dealer any lower and hated to take a chance this close to end of month. Nonetheless, I felt good about how much below invoice I was able to acquire my new RX.
In addition, I learned on here about contacting several(12 dealers in IL, IN, and MO) dealerships to get the prices down. It helped get the prices down on about 25% of them. I declined all offers the first time and just waited. Soon they started contacting me and offering better prices. Fortunately for me the best price was the closest one for me which makes it convenient.
Thank you again to all of you that have posted on here helping those of us that are looking to purchase a new one.

Just purchased, 51,869 msrp, plus 495 in dealer add on. 47,000 plus tax, license, doc. After deal was done, asked for a trade in valuation for my 2004 LS and was able to get 750 more than the previous dealer offered(9,300) so I took it vs selling private, helped save about 500 in tax. Also took advantage of the 1.9% finance offer, which saved a lot more compared to the 2.75% from our credit union.

Unfortunately they met everything I asked for, and I wasn't willing to give on interior and exterior color, so I didn't haggle for more and I assume I left a few hundred on the table. The only other dealer in the area wanted at least 2k more, plus they had lojack for another 700 I didn't want to spend.

Managed to get most of the deal done over email, with a couple of phone calls to get the last 1000 off. All in all, way better experience than I expected along with getting a great to excellent deal.

what are thoughts on this quote?
MSRP - 50444
Selling Price - 43000 (44500-1500 Lease Incentive)
Tax - 1855.34 (VA sucks we have to pay the hole thing)
Fees (650 Acquisition, 499 Dealer, 22.50 Tags)
Money Factor - .00001 (9 MSDs)
Residual - 60% 30266.40
0 down other than 3600 for MSDs (Lexus pays first months payment)

442.35 a month
