You do know the LED replacement bulbs are polarity sensitive?
Try flipping the LED replacement bulb over, in other words if it doesn't come inserted one way, then reverse it.

Has anyone tried this company? The bulbs are hella cheaper than VLED. Details say they're 5500-6000K.

Thanks!

Not personally, but it looks like a good deal for the quantity of LED's provided. I paid way more than $24.99 for all the LED replacements.

If I wanted to do the entire conversion but with some lights being a little less bright, which lumen output should I go for? For example, I want the front dome light to be bright just not VERY bright like this one.

I installed these in the 4Runner and will be moving the ones I can to the RXh. They are very good quality and the 3014 series is a brighter bulb than the 5050 that most places sell.

I just had 2 red 194 VLEDS for the taillights go out, in both of them the connectors seem to have gotten loose and i can get them to turn on for a brief second if I wiggle them. Also in one of them 2 leds were out. I'm kind of disappointed in this and i just found out its a one year warranty from June 2015. These aren't cheap, I'll see what they can do.

Yeah I thought the same thing (odd that they both got loose at similar times). I have managed to get one of them back on but they don't seem to fit as snug as before so now I have one that won't fit properly. I think it may have something to do with the colder temperature at night. If they are aluminum it might make sense.

Covers all the interior but I think some of the left over included ones can be used for the puddle ones. I am yet to tackle them cuz its super cold here.

I just bought and installed most of the parts using the ledpartsnow kit for a 2015.

For the most part it works great.

Key Points:
The kit I got consists of:
  • 3 festoon type for the cargo (had to bend a bit as noted above)
  • 2 low profile shorter 1smd front facing LED
  • 12 of their "regular" 5smd 360degree bulbs (30mm)
I used
  • 3 festoon for cargo
  • 2 low profiles for the footwells
  • 8 regular
    • 2 front dome
    • 4 door
    • 2 reverse lights
  • (2 reserved for) puddle lights postponed
  • 2 spare for vanity
Notes:
Pretty much looks like the greeknasty's picture
The replacement LEDs are a little long (30mm or so). So for the door lights, the top smd gets squished up against the plastic shield, but works.

I tried the vanity lights, but to be honest the color rendition is not good (with these and actually any of these small LED). It will make you look pale and sick versus the warm yellow of the incandescent. I would recommend if you actually intend to use the vanity to look at a human face to stick with incandescent.

Problem with the rear dome. The standard is too long to fit in the rear dome, so I reordered a low profile and a flank from vleds to see if it would fit. Perhaps I was supposed to use normals for the footwell, and save the short one for rear dome.

Will tackle the puddle lights another day.

I know most of you did the conversion a while back.

Do still remember the soft on feature of the filament bulb? LEDs dont turn on till the voltage reaches 'ON' voltage .. so I imagine when you hit the switch, for a brief time they remain off and then bam the LED comes on full brightness.

I've used this kind of leds in my rx450h, 24, 36 and 48smd models ( from 2 to 4w)

Cheap, very bright, . It fits in most interior lights location, it turns on and off progressively. Not as much as bulb lights but not so bad
