We just purchased a new 2014 RX350 and the fog lights are pretty yellow in color compared to the HID headlights. I want to change the fog light bulbs with whiter bulbs or LED bulbs, does anybody know the type and specs on these OEM bulbs? I looked in the manual and I couldn't find this info.

I think its h11? not 100% on that..but what i am doing is buying whole new LED setup(i cant stand the factory fogs)

pingwrx, take a look at page 817 in the Specifications section of the owners manual. It lists all the bulbs. Fogs are H16. I posted a picture of LED vs non-OE halogen bulbs in this thread. There's also a link to a thread about the OE LED fog lights from Sewell in there. Unfortunately you missed out on LED fog lights by a year. It's going to be standard on 2015 RXs.
