Hi guys,
does any have any experience with that after market navigation system on 2010 RX 350. We bought one about a month back but unfortunately it didnt come with a manual. This is the model

We are having 2 issues with it.
- the temp sensor display on the screen can display temp below 0 Celsius. this is a cosmetic thing so not a big deal
- the bigger problem is that radio station. its doesn't go above 99.9 . it resets itself back to 88.1 as soon as it crosses the 99.9 mark. i just cant figure out why this is happening

Was really hoping someone who has this installed in their car can give some feedback?
i have tried contacting the manufacturer for the manual but to no avail. he is refusing to send it to me.

please help.

Sounds like both are related to a software bug. Can you switch to F instead of C? 32F=0C, so at least you will get some readings below 0C.

If those are both software bugs, I would be scared to death of that company's products as those should both have been very obvious problems if their software was properly tested. I agree that they both sound like software issues given the distinct numbers where those issues present themselves.

The C to F test is a good idea. However, I'd take a couple data points by switching back and forth to see if they really programmed in F = 9/5*C + 32.

thanks for the feedback guys. Just wanted to provide an update. Turns out that the display does not have the minus symbol. so negative temperatures cant be displayed. I m from canada and more comfortable seeing the temp is centigrade so i guess i will have to live with that.

still no clue why the radio station cant go above 99.9 though. still cant get any feedback from the manufacturer. .
