Depends on my mood. Rock is for adrenaline and rap is for relaxing, though they can be easily interchanged depending on artist/album. For example, to fight today's Monday morning and 'why am I working when everyone else isn't' blues, my commute started on the iPod with "Crush" by Anthrax and ended with Jay Z's "Always Be My Sunshine." I have all rock in the CD player right now and occasionally switch to Channels 44, 45 or 46 on sat radio when I'm bored or the iPod acts up.
