Passenger seat tablet mount (seat bolt)

I'm looking to mount a tablet in front passenger prob ipad mini. I know most cars does not have the seat bolt cover, I haven't tinker with mine yet but you guys think this is mountable ?

Second pic in the listing is that of the 06-12 GS which appears to be bolted down to the seat bolt. A good sign perhaps?
