Cool My Lightly Customized F-Sport w Carbon Fiber Wrap - Pics

Ever since the '13 LS came out with the full spindle grill and darkened center bumper, I fell in love with the menacing look. On the RX F-Sport, the bumper is color coordinated to the body of the car which is nice, but not the exact look I wanted. So I wrapped it with vinyl carbon fiber. Of course, I couldn't stop there and did the mirrors along the curved design, and the rear "L" emblem to give it a more distinct look. Still waiting for the F-Sport emblem for the rear... will take more shots when I get it.

So far, what I've done. Thumbs or Thumbs ?

First, let me say I am really not into these type of modifications. However, what you have done looks great and it appears that the work if first class. I really like the look. If I were going to do something like this, I would look you up.

I like. The carbon fiber compliments the grill nicely. Your CT looks jealous, LOL!

Like me, you appear annal that no matter what you've done, your cars have to be pristine, B/Z . And also a to your work. I'm still thinking about whether or not I'd do the mirrors but you did the whole thing with a touch of class and not over done at all.

I was not one to every radically alter the look of the car, you haven't but given the "F Sport' what I think is an even more and acceptable 'Beware of Me' look. One more .

And Oh .... My wife is in a nursing home now so I'm the only driver, but if she were still here and driving, I'd put her in my (h) and I'd have an F Sport CT also parked next to it .

I like the front of the bumper but I cant really see the side mirrors from the picture. Personally, I dont like the rear emblem CF but kudos for the front

tasteful, and it looks great!

It would look even better with a shaved emblem 'RX350' but i'm assuming its got pinholes behind it...

I think you should remove it from the rear emblem.

I'm not normally a fan of carbon fiber wrap, but I like this! It's definitely not over done, and I think blacking out the center bumper improves the overall look a lot! I wonder how it would look if you also did the lower lip to match. It might be too much. I can never visualize what that kind of change will look like, without actually doing it. It's so easy to make even the nicest car look cheap if it isn't done properly. You CLEARLY have better taste than me, and yours looks great. Well done!

Nice paint, by the way! I love a well cared for car.

I'm loving the front bumper. The other stuff is take it or leave it for me.

I was tempted to plastidip all the faux chrome on the outside of my 2010 at one point, but the lease is almost up and I'm not keeping. I'm actually going to pull the LEDs I have in the parking lights soon.

Like it. Is the vinyl wrap similar to the 3M material you would use for hood protection?
