After adding the performance dampers I decided to change my shocks and struts to F sport version. It helped with handling and body lean. Acording to Lexus the springs I have are the same as the F sport which maybe because I have the towing package. Next I want to change wheels and tires. Does anyone have recommendations to get the best possible handling.

Thanks for the update. I put 19x8 replica Lexus ISF wheels on mine which allowed me to put on wider tires of the same diameter: 255/50/19.
I got the wheels here and have had them for over a year with no problems. They still look great. This with Goodyear tires listed below improved the steering, lateral grip and traction while maintaining the Lexus ride. Wet grip is great. Snow also pretty good.
The wheels are hub centric, OEM offset and the Lexus center caps fit.

I got Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric All Season tires which had great reviews at Tire Rack. One of their comments was sharp steering response, which is what I wanted to improve on the RX which I felt wandered on the old Michelins and 18 inch wheels. http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....ric+All-Season
I heard the new Continental tires were also good http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....Contact+DWS+06

Thanks for the information Clutchless. I understand you have wheel spacers on your RX. Did you notice much difference in handling? Did you use 20 mm on each side? Do you have any pictures showing your RX with the wheels, tires and spacers?

I used 20 mm spacers on each side and think they helped the handling a lot and reduced body roll as the track is wider. Plus it makes the vehicle look great. One of the best handling improvement investments you can make for this vehicle since there are no aftermarket anti-sway bars.
I posted photos in this page, mine is post 4 the one with the wider tires.

Well after reading thru this thread I decided to buy the front lateral damper and install it along with adding 20 mm spacers. First I installed the damper and drove it for a few weeks before installing the spacers. I could tell a difference right away, the steering seems much more responsive and tighter. The car seems to track a lot better than it did before and much to my delight a lot of the vibration was reduced. Often times stopped at a light with the radio off I could hear either my front door and or the passenger door panels lightly vibrating. Since installing the damper they haven't made a noise, It's now been a few months. Next I had the 20 mm spacer installed, big improvement to the looks and seems to have a little less body roll. Overall I'd say it was more than worth spending the money to do it. Installing the damper took all of 20 mins or so and had a body shop install the spacers for $50. Thank you to all that contributed to this thread, it has made my daily commute to work much nicer.
