2013 HUD for RX 350 FWD
Can someone tell me what option includes the HUD? I was told it came with a certain navigation system for the RX, but I can't tell which one? Thanks in advance...

In the US, HUD is an independent option on the 2013s. There is no "package" (e.g Luxury) that includes it here. The HUD itself has a prerequisite of the Navigation system, not the other way around. I actually ordered the Luxury pkg plus the independent HUD option on my 2013.

The HUD usually comes packaged with the Luxury Package. If you special order you can get what you want but, you do have to at least have the Nav Package to get the HUD.
