After several back and forth on this matter and to avoid further fuss, I accepter a $300 credit from my dealer for their failure to communicate to me the discontinuance of wide-view side mirror monitoring system.

It's nice that you finally have closure on this matter; now go out and enjoy your ride.

Sam, It sounds like the dealer is trying to make things right, even though all printed material has the disclaimer that stuff represented might not be exactly the same but in more legal terms . Now, on into the abyss, what can you spend $300 on .

Read the Disclaimers on the website; the Dealer is the most up-to-date information resource. Good that they gave you a few bucks, but that is just goodwill, not compensation.

I was not asking for compensation. i was asking for what I paid for based on their representation on their website. I do understand that they may change features at anytime but that does not absolve them of their responsibility to notify buyers when they discontinue features that influence buying decision. Oh yes, Lexus Canada agreed with me on this.

The dealer has the most up-to-date information at the time I bought the car but they failed to bring the discontinuance of the feature to my knowledge even though I went over each feature with the salesman. For their failure to divulge the information they gave me credit especially because I feel I paid for something I did not get.
