Congratulations! I have a 2011 as well.
I just use a cotton cloth with water.
The secret is in the water, the more expensive, the better ( Evian etc) LOL!
Kidding aside, if you are in the habit of wiping the dash, seats and other interior every 3 days
You won't have a problem.
My interior looks great up to now.

OP, congrats on your Lexus. You may also want to check out the Automotive Care and Detailing thread here on CL, as it's where some other professional detailers, sponsors, and others hang out that are really into keeping their rides clean. There are a couple of good stickys there, one specifically on leather care, that may be useful. This forum tends to be for everything else about the past and present RX line.
