Loose Wire(s) ?
2010 RX350 with 40K miles. Serviced per the schedule for the past 3 years.
So the other day when I went to lock the car by touching the handle, the doors locked, but there was no sound nor flashing lights. Then I noticed the passenger door was not locking.
Later the same thing happened but also the fuel door popped open when locking the doors.
Then mysteriously the problem went away. My dealer service rep said it was likely loose wires.
The next day the problem came back and then went away. Then it came back today (no doors would lock this morning). The only consistent problem is the passenger door lock not working (either by the key fob, the outside door handle, or the inside buttons), but the other problems with the lights, sounds, and fuel door come and go. Any ideas? Has it happened to anyone else?

They found the problem to the door lock motors (both driver and passenger) and need to be replaced. One thing that pissed me off was the fact I brought it in with 1 bad door (passenger side) and got it back with a bad driver door...
