Default Looking to purchase 2013 RX 350 AWD

Looking to purchase a 2013 AWD with NAV package and backup cameras and no other options. MSRP is $46550 from Lexus.com. If you purchased this vehicle recently, what are you paying for this vehicle without taxes and paperwork. Just want to have a figure so I can work with the dealer.

Looking to purchase in VA.

Thanks,

Thanks,
I just 2 weeks ago purchased this vehicle with a few more options with an MSRP of just over $49500. I paid $44000 with state taxes, etc. I also insisted on $0 dealer doc fee.

With an MSRP of $46550, I'd suggest you calculate invoice price on edmunds or kbb.
Then subtract $1500, and make that your offer. Maybe $42000-$42500.

Call several dealers before ever walking into any.
Good luck.

Default 2013 RX350 - what kind of pricing you guys getting?

My wife's mom is looking for an AWD 350 with Nav and Comfort Packages. It does not look like many dealers in my area have an 2012s left so I was curious about what sort of pricing people are seeing on the 2013 models.

You are fortunately in CA where we get the best deals...I got a $3000 discount and bought two weeks after release of the 13's in May; now people are getting as much as $5,000 off, or anywhere from 3 to p percent. Always ask for add ons if your are not getting a good discount like "free" car cover, side moldings, etc!! Also factor in your trade and KNOW what it is really worth so you know if they are over allowing for it, or stealing it. I took mine to CAR MAX and sold it so I was strictly buying a Lexus with no trade...Good Luck,,,Welcome to the Forum; full of info!!!

Also got dealer to tint the driver's and passenger side front windows. I bought the body side molding at the dealer for $106 and put it on myself in about 45 minutes. The vehicle had 1065 miles on it and was originally titled June 22 by someone who decided they wanted a GX instead so it was about 8 weeks old when we got it. Spotless and still smelled new inside. We traded in our 2001 RX 300 that had 84,000 miles on it and received $8000. We were going to get a certified 2011 or 2012 but when I saw this 2013 I thought it was a better deal for the money.
TxTarheel - can I ask where you went? I'm also in texas

In Northern Ohio - I have been quoted MSRP to only $1000 under MSRP for a 2013 RX450h. Even leftover 2012 RX450h's are $3000 below MSRP. Is that usual for hybrids?

That is an 8% discount; not bad; some have got more, but if it is your color and your options; sounds good!!

Prices seem to vary around the country. It seems like you should be able to do better than that. In 2010, I got about $6,500 off of MSRP on my 450h here in the San Francisco Bay Area.

They want $489 for a doc fee and $185 for "etching" fee! Boo!! I should ask them to reduce the doc fee to $399 and just refuse to pay the "etching" fee?

Should I also ask them to put on front window tint for free? I think it should be about $300?

And darn license fee estimated at $750!

Frankly; it would be the other way around; NO doc fee, that is the cost of doing business. theydid pay some guy $50 to etch your VIN on all the windows!!
Window tint is cheap; they get the good price so you might do that!!!!!!

How about Nitrogen in the tires...lol. Anderson Toyota near me is still charging $99 for that...or to be more accurate; $99 for green caps and a dollars worth of nitrogen!!!!

I would say no to window etching, it's just a way to make more profit, the same with Doc fees. So no to all.

Say no also to nitrogen in tires, a waste of $$. Another profit center for dealers.

There should be no reason why you can't get 10% off total MSRP, especially close to end of month .
