I have found they generally do not pull over for tinted windows, just don't speed & u should be safe.
I haven't had a front plate on in 25 years & have never had an issue, even when I did get pulled over.

went with 3m 20 color stable all around and llumar air blue on the windshield.

I got pulled over for not having a front license plate a few years back. The officer asked me if I knew what his pet peeve was.
I said "no" but I was thinking, serial murderers, rapists, child molesters?
He responded that his pet peeve was vehicles without front license plates. He let me off with a warning.
