Thanks for the video link above. I watched it and saw the Saddle interior. That would be the color combo my wife wants; Nebula with Saddle but I have to say that after watching the video, I'm not really that impressed with the color. I know that there wasn't proper lighting and video footage vs seeing it in person can always be a little different but the color comes off as being a really brown, almost muddy color. We had in our minds (andwere hoping) that it was more lighter, like the rich caramel color that the CT offers. We'll have to see it in person for final judgment but I have to say that I'm a little hesitant at this point.
Hopefully, when we see it in person, it'll actually be more of a rich and lighter color, instead of the dark and almost muddy color that I see in the video.

Pole Position
Agree!
Basically I find the front of the car "too much", too big and very aggressive than the current model we all have, I do prefer the current front bumper more "gentle" and more "sexy". Now the sport model is a bit a "show off" version which does not make sense with the nature ot that car which has nothing to do with sportive driving conditions particularly in hybrid (maybe more attractive for the RX 350).
Considering the interior of the model presented on the video, except the colour of the seats which we can find now everywhere (BMW, MB, Volvo...) that's good but the rest of the interior (dashboard...) is really rather sad and "cold". Don't like it!
I do prefer mine at the moment

The big news abroad is the addition of a new RX 450h F Sport model, which incorporates firmer suspension tuning, new 19-inch wheels, an aggressive lower front fascia, and a new "lateral dampening system" that braces the front suspension towers and rear subframe rails with tuned dampers.
Lexus officials confirmed this package will not be offered in North America, but a new Sport Package will be available on front-wheel-drive 2013 RX 350 models. Although it incorporates the same wild front fascia and 19-inch wheels, the two shouldn't be confused: our Sport Package receives none of the mechanical upgrades, nor is it available on the RX 450h model.

The "confirmation" that the 450h will not offer the sporta appearance package reported by the trucktrend.com article directly contradicts the official Toyota press release for the 2013 450h. That press release states, in part, that the package is offered:
Sports Appearance Package
19-inch split 5--spoke wheel with Superchrome finish
F SPORT front bumper

Thanks for the correction. Still sucks North America isn't getting the full F-Sport package, would have been nice. I live in California and go up to Tahoe a few times in the winter so might have to even pass on the sports package since I should probably go with the AWD model.

I do not like that mesh grille below the front bumper. I hope that is not the RX350 that is coming to the USA. Not really liking that saddle interior either, not executed well. Guess I'll wait till 2016.

I spoke with the Lexus rep about how ugly the license plate bracket will look, but then again front brackets always look ugly.
Yeah, the lower grill is a bug catcher and a PITA to clean.
Picture was taken in Kansas City, but that doesn't mean this is the USA model.

I would guess it is the US model... Doesn't say Lexus on the hatchback in that pic, which the European models do...

I like the existing front-end on my 450h more than this revision; although, I understand why Lexus feels compelled to change it. Same with the tail light change; the clear tail light lenses are just more unique on the current 450h. I like the idea of a saddle interior; but, the black and saddle implementation above seems like a disappointment. I don't think I would consider it.
It would be interesting to know if the new headlights could be swapped with the existing headlights in our cars. I guess that would be expecting to much. But, would be a nice mod, if possible.
EDIT: I wonder if the heavy emphasis on black in the interior is just a F-Sport color scheme. Perhaps the saddle interior in the regular 450h is more of what people expected.
