Default TPMS on 450h and 350

On my 450h you can see all 4 numbers for the TPMS, like 31 32 32 32. However, this option is not available on my 350. Why the difference, anyone knows?

Also, how do I know what number is for what wheel? Couple weeks ago the numbers appeared like this 31 32 32 32, today the numbers are like this 32 32 31 32. I am sure that I also saw the numbers in other different order as well.

What is going on?

No way to tell what number goes to what tire. As nutty as it is, it's random according to other posts and discussion here in recent weeks.

Lam, the individual TPMS is standard on your 450h and optional on your other car, most 350's don't have but one central TPMS warning system. As tires are rotated you probably don't have a clue what number relates to which wheel. But it's a guide and if one shows 3 lbs or so off from the others, you just need to figure out which one with a tire gauge.

Thank you, Jim.

it is close to zero degrees here lately and I hate to do that.

i'm sure you guys already know, but for the sake of discussion, and for the benefit of the other members or visitors.
the tire pressure is best measured on a cold day..
because We all know how heat affects the expansion of air.

So if you put in air on a hot day.. or let say Summer and you followed the recommended 32..
You will be surprised on a Cold morning when you're TPMS lights up.

Having lived in CT and RI before moving to CA.. i'm talking about experience.
the last thing you want on a "rush hour morning" commute is driving to the nearest gas station to put in AIR on your wheels.

Fixed I'll take the free air compressor at home any day.
