Looking into buying an RX350 for my wife
#16
I have an 2010 RX 350 with 48,000 kms (30,000 mi.) with premium 2 package. Love the vehicle! I have owned many hondas and toyotas and also have a BMW 3 series. The RX drives like new and is very well equipped. I did not go for the nav package because I have one on my phone (GPS) and really think the additional cost is poor value. I don't have TV's in the back seat either
My option package does have a few of items that I think are essential. Rear back up camera, memory seats, ventilated seats. There are other features which are nice but these have become very important to me. I live in Nova Scotia, Canada and drive the truck alot for my work. The vehicle is a dream on the highway and the AWD works like magic in snow (although I guess that won't matter much to you...). IF you have any questions let me know.
Good luck!

Thanks for your insight, the loaner i currently have has the same options as you except for the AWD which in sunny South Florida you don't need. However since my wife gets lost very easy I'm going to try and find one with Navi.

I just bought a 2011 RX350 FWD for my wife from a FL dealer. It is a CPO with 12,000 miles, has every option Lexus offered except the DVD player, and I paid $39k for it and got the Lexus 1.9% financing for 48 months. I thought it was a great deal, as I wanted most of those options, esp the tow prep pkg.

I picked my RX up on Jan 30 and I was not aware that there were incentives coming Feb 1. Talked to my dealership about this once I found out and they say they don't know until the day it becomes effective. Not sure if I believe that.

No, I don't play soccer!
All three of my RXs have been first year model runs including the very first RX back in 1998. I didn't have any issues so I wouldn't let that hold you back. 2013 is a refresh anyway.

This is a FACELIFT, not new model. You are good to buy now.

She will love it. We just traded in our 2000 RX 300 for a 2011 RX 350 last night for my wife. It is like night and day between the two. The new one has WAAAAAAAAAAAY better turning radius and a lot more power. And of course the seats are more comfortable. The list goes on and on.
