What mods can we do?

No, I don't play soccer!
I second the ease of changing out the interior lights. I used a thin flexible plastic card from one of the grocery chains instead of a screwdriver. With the width, I was able to diffuse the pressure on the plastic covers to avoid breaking them. Only the card is worse for wear. The most difficult light had to be the rear dome cover and bulb. The rest are a piece of cake.

Welcome to CL jtown and congrats on your new RX350.
As far as mods, it all depends on what you want to spend. Rims are probably be the easiest and have the biggest impact visually. Body kits for the RX go from simple to over the top. Not too many members here go that route. Pass on painting the rails and chrome around the windows black. That's what the 2nd gen RXs have. You're better off removing the rails and leaving the chrome. Other things to consider, door guards, mud guards, new grill, JDM visors and license plate frames. Maybe debadge the tailgate. I would add clear bra too though it's not technically a mod.

executive matchup
To each their own, however, it's WELL done as far as fit and finish. No matter if you agree or not with the choices (I do not care for them btw) you have to appreciate it isn't some primered eBay POS that someone stuck on with duct tape and some plumbing caulk while painting it with a spray can.
and some people will consider any modifications to be stupid, oem or aftermarket.

Thanks for the clarification. I am sure I could do the interior lights, well, pretty sure I was more thinking of the puddle lights that would be tricky because they involve working on a very expensive part.
I am also not sure about the foot well area inside.
But I agree, the interior lights would be a great place to start modding
Funny how the reading lights are already LED.

I've never seen an RX "tricked out" like that. Think that actually like it. Took mine to have the front windows tinted last week. Next mod is replacing the lousy backup/reverse lights. They are a joke on my '09
