too many TSB for 2010
I looked up my other two vehicles and compare to RX.
for RX, this is most interesting TSB. since bulletin date is 01/06/2011, this may also include many early 2011 RX. I wonder what the problem was that needed "improvement". for those with 2012, can you check on your OM to see what the oil specification is for your RX?

NOt all TSB's refer to an actual problem. Especially for a brand new design, TSB's can range from ECM flash upgrade procedures to maintenance interval changes. I'm not really concerned at what's been listed so far, and I have an early generation vehicle (got it mid-2009), made in Japan. knock on wood, throw salt over shoulder, rub rabbit's foot.

You can also log onto www.mycarstats.com and enter your vehicle year and model and it will show you past and current complaints, TSB's and Recalls. It is interesting to see complaints and any recalls that may be required for your vehicle.

This TSB and a second one I have seen is when Toyota made the official switch to synthetic fluids. They have also changed their oil specifications to 0w-20. These are not problems with the car but the way manufacturers let the dealerships and mechanics know of corporate changes.

I went to the site and was not surprised to find only one comment, and it was very good. http://www.mycarstats.com/reports/le.../comments.aspx
Mine is May 09 production which is the 1st month of production for the 2010 RX 450h. Except for a windshield anomaly that the warranty replaced the 1st summer, it's been flawless. I'll get my 30k service next month. I have the Michelin Latitudes and I'm starting think I'll get 40k off of them. And they're smooth and quite.
