Default Prospective buyer questions...

I'm currently in the market for an RX 350 to replace my Honda Pilot. I have a couple of questions:

1) Does the RX 350 alert you when it needs maintenance? I'm assuming it does, but I'd like to verify.

2) What package does the tire pressure monitoring system come with?

1) Yes.
2) That's a standard feature.

Might want to elaborate on question 2. Both have TPMS but only the hybrid has readout in the dash display.

I am not sure what your Pilot has in the way of a TPMS, but the RX 350 non-hybrid and non-nav has an just an indicator light to tell you that there is a pressure problem. You have to check each tire to see which one is the problem and exactly what the pressure is. GM has a much better system in that it not only tell you there is a problem but also lets you know which tire and what the exact pressure is. You can also check the pressure at any time just by making a selection on the instrument panel. This was really one of my disappointments, all be it small, with our new RX.

Thank you. The Pilot tells you which tire is low.

My primary concern is that it tells you when you need service done. That makes life a lot easier.

I'm currently playing pattycake with a couple of dealers in my area to get the best price. Hopefully, I'll have my car by Sunday
