There is a "button" to the right of the "open device" on the rear door. You can push the small black rubber button once and it will lock all the doors including the back hatch, the amber tail lights will flash when the button is pushed to lock the doors. As for the driver's and passenger door locking device, you can also push up on these door handles underneath, near the front, and that will also lock the doors. This might be useful if there is ice/snow on the top of the door handle. Just a thot on the manuals, you might check with a "Salvage Yard" in case they have a totaled RX and saved the manuals? Cheers

This question reminds me of a thought exercise I once did on how many electric motors there are in the car. I stopped at around 40 or so.

How to lock the doors? Let me count the ways...
Key fob
Exterior handle
Rear hatch
Power lock switch
According to how your options are set, doors lock automatically when you shift to drive or when you get to a certain speed
Or the old-fashioned way, flip the manual lock switch.

Did I miss any?

Yes, unlock the doors using the key fob/handle and don't open any doors. It'll lock automatically in 30 seconds. I think that's programmable, can't remember. And yes I know where my manual is but I don't need the exercise right now

You read my mind Anita I was thinking of that very thing. I think you can adjust the time before the doors lock.

Also, use the mechanical key that's in the keyfob. How could I forget that? (Easy...)

Or spray your door handle with the water nozzle, key fob in pocket nearby. Unlocks too
