Default Keyless Entry Question

My keyless entry on the month old 2011 RX350 unlocks the drivers door by just grabbing the handle. Does it have to be programed to unlock all the doors by grabbing it twice? Something I can program or is it a visit to the dealer? I figured I would get an answer here rather than go out in the cold garage and look it up in the owners manual! Thanks in advance.

You can customize it to open all doors when you grab the handle once.

watch this video....it worked for me (eventhough the RX doesn't have the same visual on the display as what she has on the vehicle in the video).

With the Navi screen it takes just a few steps. You can customize a lot which makes things easier.

Is it possible to program 1 button press on the remote to unlock all doors as well? I have my handle set to unlock all, but i'd like the remote to match that.

Hmm...that's what I would have figured, but it's not working that way. I'll go look at the settings menu again at lunch and see if i can figure it out.

Some of the programming requires that the RX is turned on, in park, and make sure you press the save button on the bottom.

crap - I "tested" this at lunch and it didn't work. You know what? I don't think I pressed "save". I'll give it another go. @X men, I think you're right - its a seperate setting and the default is "off". I'll set it to "on" (and save it) and see what happens.

I watched the video, how can the FOB be linked to the seat memory button? She did not show that, just said you could do it.

I'm always too lazy to walk out to the car to get the manual, so I just go to the on-line manual.
