The neighbors thought I was nutz when using a leaf blower to dry the car before polishing. Of course, they cut me a little slack after I started detailing their cars!

So they should understand blowing snow off the car...

My 2010 450H is my first Lexus after 13 consecutive Audis. In Canada, we cannot special order a vehicle and can only buy enhancements in packages. Even though I doubt that anyone will ever ride in the rear seats while I have the vehicle, I was forced to buy the DVD system - a total waste of money. On the positive side, I really like the Heads Up speed display and also the fact that the outside mirrors fold in when you lock the car - I can tell from a distance whether or not I have remembered to lock the vehicle. I think that the Navigation system is a joke and the designer should be put to a painful death.

A Garmin portable is better but the NAV is necessary for the comfort pkg option unless you special order..
It does look nice,though.

I'd order exactly the same options, in exactly the same configuration.

I agree about the nav system - years out of date - streets years old not there!! I also like the HUD - but as you say in Canada we can only order packages - EVEN THOUGH THE CARS ARE MADE IN CANADA. The rears DVD in mine will NEVER get used. Why can we not get a straight answer from Lexus on this!!

I think I would get the Rx450 in AWD. I now have the 350 in FWD.

Power folding mirrors, it's a tight fit getting into and out of my garage, and I come close to mirror smacking my Honda Interceptor. The mirrors are the same height. I didn't have that problem when I parked my GTI there...

Had the 2013 for 6 months and love the HUD, Parking Assist , LED DRL's and folding mirrors which we didn't have on the 2010. Could do without the remote control, but nice to have the few times I've needed to use it. Do miss the sunglass holder from the 2010, thought they would put it back in by now. Wish we had the BSM, but wasn't available when we bought. Wouldn't be without AWD even though neither the 2010 or 2013 has seen the snow yet. We spend 4 months in Florida every winter, but in my opinion, AWD is worth it as a safety feature for all types of roads and weather, especially wet roads. Would get the luxury package if they can come up with better front seats than the current upgrade, and then be able to also have the illuminated door sills. Wouldn't be without the navigation package, and love it, but does seem they could be more up to date. Full size spare is not an option, but would prefer to have one. Glad we got the Michelin tires, but wish I didn't have to haggle for them.

Do any of you know if I can get the auto folding mirrors added now that I have my RX350? It is a 2010 model and I sure miss them. I had them on my 2007 Tundra and they were great.

Might be easier to just get a 2014 with it. That would cost you less in the long run.

I would get power folding mirrors. I don't want to keep having to fold my mirror all the damn time! But other than that I have all the features I want in my RX.

I regret not getting one with a panoramic sunroof but it's not too much of an issue.
