RX 2010 Headrests - Ouch!
These headrests hurt my neck. Can't sit up straight or lean back without my head being tilted forward. Any solutions?
(In my 2009, which I leased in 2008, I could sit up staight and comfortably with my head against the headrest.)
Thanks! (thought these headrests were supposed to protect your neck, not tweak it!) I'm a little under 5' 5" tall.

While these seats are comfortable for the most part, I agree the headrests can be a problem for some. I think manufacturers are pushing the headrests forward to minimize whiplash neck injuries in rear collisions, and this is one of the outcomes. You might try to adjust and get used to having the seat back further to compensate for this. My problem with this seat is the firmness of the rear of the seat cushion which pushes up into my tailbone. I would prefer a slightly deeper recess in this area. I guess the proliferation of gizmos within the seats nowadays are crowding the driver's space in earnest.

Couldn't agree more. I have the same problem. I have thought of on multiple occasion to get a Customer Interior Shop to build me new head rests with a more comfortable tilt. I'm not aware of any currently available aftermarket headrests currently targetting the RX.
