Couple of Technical Service Bulletins I found
#16
Refer back to the original post. It contains both Adobe files. There is a chart on page 1 which differentiates the cars by build location (Canada or Japan), and by AWD or FWD. It then gives you VINs. If your VIN comes before (ie is lower than) the listed VIN, then you do NOT have the new and improved part (radio or glass--whichever applies).
Note: I tried to copy and paste the chart here but it didn't work, so you'll have to look it up yourself.
Also note that you have plenty of time to get this done because the bulletin states that these issues are covered under the 50k mile warranty.
I plan to wait and take time to test out the Bluetooth static to see if it really is a problem, since it involves replacing the whole radio which therefore involves tearing apart the center console.

Noises, more noises. I'm not sure we all describing the same, but mine comes in a sort of trembling noise from the steering wheel. It is a weird noise I am having hard time identifying. I think it comes from the heating duct, and is electric in nature. The noise goes away after 10-15 minutes from when the car heats up, but annoying in cold.
The last posted TSB is actually a good find, and I will definitely bring this up at the next service visit.
