Will I be able to move my '05 RX330 hitch to an '10 RX350? Does this just bolt on the same way?

If it's a Lexus hitch, I'd ask your Lexus service adviser. After all, it is a totally new vehical. If you had it installed after market, you might have to wait ask the installer to look at your new 2010 model to see.

It is Lexus; will do.

I dont think it will. lexus totally integrated the trailer hitch mounts really low and forward in the vehicle so that the hitch does not stick out and is barely noticable.

Won't fit. Back end of the vehicle is completely different. You'll need to buy a new one.

Also from a business perspective, they lose out on incremental revenue if they make parts compatible between platforms.

The entire rear suspension is different on the '10, which adds some interior space to the area behind the second seat, (and apparently is a better suspension, also), so I am not surprised that the hitch would have to be redesigned to work with the contours of the redesigned rear suspension and rear bumper.
