you guys should really check out the Venza the more I look the more I am surprised. It make my RX330 look ghetto with Sienna van sliding council. I if you covered the Toyota it could definitely pull over as the next generation Lexus RX. The 2010 is face some tough competition from the Venza top of line is 31,000.

CHECK IT OUT!!!

In a word - Blah! Uninsipred, bland, ungainly looking - like it's not quite balanced. Here's hoping that it looks a lot better in the flesh.

Default new rx

i think it looks very nice. the dash is a nice change, as long as most of the prototype's plastic is covered in leather or something. I think they could have done something more modern with the shift lever plate (i'm sick of the orange and green and the piano black plastic)

exterior looks like a nice "face-lift"

lexus should be expecting a nice sales increase with this pair...lots of trade-ins.

They don't give the weight. I have read some accounts that it weighs as much as 600 lb more than the present car. Considering that the new one isn't much larger than the old one, this boggles the mind, if true.

I like this new RX but it's such a subtle change for the exterior. I was hoping for a little more... I love the interior. It's DEFINITELY more upscale! The funny thing is, if this wasn't an entry-level vehicle, I might want one.. I wish Lexus had something more exclusive of this size. AND more powerful. I know many people don't want more power but you'd be surprised how many people own new Hyundai Genesis V8s.. I don't like weak vehicles. With the added weight, 275 horsepower isn't going to be strong enough (for me).

I like it a lot.

I think it will be very popular.

I personally would like to see a more dynamic exterior, but it's the #1 selling Lexus. Don't want to go too far and lose sales.

Next year looks to be very good for Lexus, with 4 new models due.

and to be honest; Toyota needs to make Toyota less nice or move Lexus upscale design wise. As from looking at the pictures and feature of the new toyotas I can't justify buying a Lexus anymore. To me an extra $10000 for a car that look better aesthetic wise will not cut.
I strongly agree with this! Toyota and Lexus are looking to alike these days.. Far, far too alike.

Default Many great pixs.

The 450h looks better than the rx350. Looks less purse friendly for the driver than the current RX which is suprising since it is the Lexus most aimed at women.

The 450h does look a bit more aggressive than the RX350.. I wonder if it's quieter than the outgoing model..

I hope not. I already have people sitting there saying "It's running? BS."

Why shouldn't it be quieter? I'm talking about wind and road noise. Sure, it's probably quiet to most people - but Lexus LS owners wouldn't mind an improvement...
