Fuse for power outlets
Need some help. My car (07 RX) blew the fuse for the power outlets. Replaced a fuse above the parking brake and now the outlet just below the radio has power, but the outlet on the floor and the one in the cargo area are still dead. What am I missing?

I changed the fuses labeled "CIG" which I assumed meant cigarette. And it obviously did because the one outlet by the shifter then had power.
What I didn't do was have my brain engaged because the fuse right next to the "CIG" fuse is labeled "PWR OUTLET NO.1". It was blown. Replacing it took care of the other 2 outlets.
The 'CIG" fuse is the 4th fuse in the row and the "PWR OUTLET NO.1" fuse is the 3rd fuse in the row. Now all I am left with is the mystery of why the the 2 fuses blew. I don't use the power outlets. I did use them last May when I was on vacation for the GPS and phone charging and they worked. When my wife tried to charge her phone last week, they didn't work.
But thank you for your help. You told me where to look and this time I had my eyes open.

Looks to me like CIG fuse is for the 12v connection up by the radio. For the lower 12v, check the fuse and/or try another in the POWER OUTLET NO 1 slot. 15A just like CIG fuse. According to the charts, that seems to be it.

The fuse labeled "CIG" is for the outlet under the radio by the shifter. Right next to the "CIG" fuse is the "PWR OUTLET NO.1" fuse and it controls the other 2 outlets, the one on the floor and the one in the cargo bay.
Here is a photo of my fuse box cover. It is a little hard to read.

When I replaced the "PWR OUTLET NO.1" that is under the dash, that gave me power to the other 2 outlets. I did not replace any fuses under the hood.
I looked at the fuses under the hood by the air filter and there is a fuse labeled "PWR OUTLET NO.2". The little bit of information I have says that it is for an inverter. I wonder if "PWR OUTLET NO.2" fuse is for the 400H model.

"PWR OUTLET NO.2" fuse is for use with an a.c.power inverter. As I said, I don't have a lot of information. My best guess is that the car had an option for a 110 volt a.c outlet. I don't know if I am correct.

Any help on where the fuse might be for the rear entertainment system - we have the rear screens and dvd under drivers seat and I cannot manage to find the location for these fuses which have blown.

There is a 7.5 amp fuse under the hood by the brake fluid reservoir that is labeled CRT. Have you checked that one?
Another one to check is 7.5 amp RADIO NO.2 under the dash to the left of the steering column
