RX400h rear DVD stuck/won't eject
Hi
I have just purchased a 2006 RX400h in the UK. It has a rear DVD player which is located under the drivers seat. It appears to be front loading, (no tray), however when I hit eject nothing happens, it won't take another disc so I am assuming there is a jammed disk in there. Nothing plays on the screens so I'm not exactly sure what type of disc is stuck.
Can anyone provide any tips on how I might remove the stuck disc, or troubleshoot this otherwise. Apologies if the answer is posted elsewhere, however after searching I didn't see anything which seems equivalent to my issue.
