OEM tires for 330 - which are better?
Our new 330 has chromes on it and we're taking it back to the dealer to swap for standard 18" rims. I'm debating on which OEM tire to request, the Goodyear RS-A's or the Michelin MXV4 S8's. Tire rack has mixed reviews on the Goodyear and the Michelin is too new for any ratings (but their older MXV variants also had lukewarm reviews). Anyone here have experience with both? Or for those of you with either, how has each performed so far (handling, noise, comfort, rain)? I replaced the crappy Goodyear Integrity's on our 300 with the much superior Michelin Cross Terrains but I am hesitant to judge a whole manufacturer's line based on only one model of their tires.
Thanks.
Thanks.

$$$$
Yeah, the vehicle we took home had chromes and the black emblem kit. Service had already gone home so we took it home to have it all removed later or else be charged over $1700 for it all. Ouch! I like the black emblems but not for over $500!

Don't be...I had Good Years on my Grand Cherokee. They seem to wear out a lot faster than other brands and if I have a choice when I get my 330 I'll take the Michelins any day.

You can get the pilot sport a/s in 235/50/18 which is pretty close to stock. Tirerack only lists the already mentioned goodyear and michelins in the stock size

I saw it at tirerack for $214
http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires....omCompare1=yes
You can compare the rotation size under the specs column. It is the closest to the stock

JRB, how is the FX?
Have you had some time to break both in? How would you compare/contrast them now???
BTW, I'm not interested in replacement tires just yet (hopefully not for a while!), only the OEM choices.
